EUROL 4 provided targeted expert support to strengthen the consistency, efficiency and quality of criminal adjudication in Montenegro. During a mission conducted in April 2026, EUROL 4 expert Janko Marinko consulted with judges and representatives of the Judicial Council on the preparation of practical guidance for drafting criminal judgments and decisions, structured preparation for main hearings, and the digitalisation of court files.
