EUROL 4 presented the new tools and methodologies for improving the efficiency and transparency of court operations, held at the Supreme Court of Montenegro on 27 May 2026.
The event focused on four key areas of EUROL 4 support: the new methodology for annual court reporting, fast-track resolution of cases, the AI-assisted case-law system, and tools and control mechanisms for more reliable court reporting to the EU. The presented solutions aim to strengthen data quality, improve case management, support the harmonisation of case law and contribute to a more efficient and transparent judiciary in Montenegro.
