EUROL 4 provided targeted expert support to enhance the organisation, management and efficiency of the State Prosecution Service. EUROL 4 expert Boštjan Škrlec analysed the organisational structure and operational efficiency of the prosecution service, with the aim to identify structural and managerial weaknesses affecting workload distribution, supervision and performance monitoring.
The support also contributed to strengthening management tools and procedures for heads of prosecution offices, improving governance, internal reporting and strategic planning.
