EUROL 4 will support the Montenegrin judiciary in the development of a unified, coherent and digitally supported case law system, aimed at strengthening legal certainty and the consistency of judicial decision-making.
As a first step towards implementation, a dedicated Steering Committee was established in November 2025 at the Supreme Court of Montenegro. The establishment of this body marks an important milestone in advancing a more coordinated, efficient and modern judiciary, fully aligned with European standards and good practice.
