EUROL 4 co-organized a preparatory event for the Feasibility Study on ARTUS, which was held from 30 March to 2 April 2026 in Podgorica. The aim of this event was to further support the Montenegrin Police in introducing an operational system aligned with European standards, and in cooperation with the Federal Police of the Federal Republic of Germany,
The event focused on the assessment of the feasibility of implementing the “@rtus-Montenegro” system and brought together representatives of the Federal Police of the Federal Republic of Germany and the German public-sector IT service provider – Dataport, and the Ministry of Interior, the Police Administration, and the State Prosecution Office of Montenegro.
