Representatives of EUROL 4 met on 13 February 2026 with members of the Operational Team responsible for monitoring the implementation of Montenegro’s Anti-Corruption Strategy 2024–2028 to coordinate further expert support for the finalisation of key strategic documents, in particular the new Action Plan 2026–2027.
The meeting was held in Podgorica and brought together EUROL 4 experts Branko Hrvatin and Vladimir Simonovic and members of the Operational Team, including its President Vladan Raicevic and team member Aleksandra Pavicevic. Discussions focused on ensuring the necessary technical and methodological conditions to support the preparation and finalisation of the Action Plan, which represents a critical step in strengthening Montenegro’s anti-corruption framework.
